Training sessions on sensory analysis applied to muscats wines

The quality measures instituted by the International Muscats du Monde® Wine Competition have led us to offer a professional training program:
  • Principles of sensory analysis applied to Muscats wines.
  • From an international perspective :
    • History and development of Muscats.
    • Quality assurance programmes for qualitative wine competitions.
    • Matching food and Muscats wines.
This program is part of the training of Expert Judges for Muscats du Monde® and is held at the Paul Boccuse Institut.

Space for these French-language sessions is limited.

The training course are given in French from 8:30 a.m. sharp until 5:30 p.m.

Participation fees : 415 euros without VAT (498 euros with VAT).
Including lunch and courses documentation.
